Phoenix Equity Partners offers a partnership model that lets you keep your property equity, rebuild debt-free with top developers, and choose to share profits or buy back the home and move in. When you sell your lot, you walk away with a one-time payment and no future upside. With our model, you stay in the deal as an equity partner—meaning you can share in the future value of your rebuilt home, with no out-of-pocket cost. Moreover, you have the option to buy out the developer’s equity and move back in if you wish you stay.

Phoenix Equity Partners is a mission driven real estate firm designed to help homeowners rebuild after disaster - without having to sell their land at a discount or take on debt.  
We create Joint Ventures (JVs) between homeowners, investors, and large-scale developers. Homeowners can contribute their land and, if desired, access partial liquidity up front—while still participating in the upside when the home is rebuilt and sold.
