When you sell your lot, you walk away with a one-time payment and no future upside. With our model, you stay in the deal as an equity partner—meaning you can share in the future value of your rebuilt home, with no out-of-pocket cost. Moreover, you have the option to buy out the developer’s equity and move back in if you wish you stay.
