Stewart Kaye brings real estate investment experience with a focus on capital markets, acquisitions, and asset strategy. He currently serves as Director of Capital Markets at AREAS Capital, where he leads capital raising, investor relations, and strategic development across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to AREAS, Stewart was Director of Capital Markets and Asset Management at New Standard Equities, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 1,000 multifamily units across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest—driving revenue growth, managing institutional and family office relationships, and structuring joint ventures.

At Phoenix, Stewart leads capital structuring efforts and plays a key role in aligning investment partners with high-quality single-family rebuild opportunities across Pacific Palisades. A licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent, he is passionate about creating win-win partnerships that help homeowners recover and thrive.

Stewart holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a bachelor’s degree from NYU.
