Veronica Descotte is a seasoned C-Suite executive with deep expertise in strategy, M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures. Over her career, she has led more than 35 transactions valued at over $2 billion, spanning acquisitions, licensing deals, strategic alliances, and complex integrations across global markets.

With over five years in venture capital and extensive leadership experience in publicly traded companies, Veronica has a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, structure and execute complex deals, and drive long-term value creation. She is recognized for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and success in scaling organizations across both mature and emerging markets.

Mission-driven and passionate about helping others, Veronica is excited to bring her deal structuring expertise to Phoenix Equity Partners to help homeowners in the Pacific Palisades achieve their goals. She believes in creating solutions that benefit all stakeholders and strengthen the fabric of the community.

Veronica holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.
